This program is critical to sustaining long-term rehabilitative transformations. The final step in the continuum of care, Eddy Street Apartments provides permanent supportive housing for individuals and families on a low or fixed income. 25 partially furnished studio apartments are available to eligible residents who have successfully completed a rehabilitative treatment program.
To aid their commitment to clean and sober living, residents have access to on-site services such as individual and group counseling, case management, and AA and NA meetings.
